Emmanuel C. OGU is an aspiring Tech Diplomat, who is currently a
trained Computer Scientist, a Cybersecurity Researcher, a Technology
Governance & Policy Expert, and a Digital Development Researcher. He
holds a PhD in Computer Science with a research focus in Cybersecurity. He is
a member of the Internet Society (ISOC), affiliated with her Nigeria Chapter.
He trained as a prospective 2019 ISOC IGF Youth Ambassador, and in 2020 became
a Youth Ambassador of the Internet Society to the 15th Annual
Multi-stakeholder Internet Governance Forum (IGF). Emmanuel has, in 2020,
also served on the #Youth4DigitalSustainability Working Group coordinated by
the German Informatics Society, where he worked on the Project: "The
Internet for Social Cohesion". Emmanuel is a university Faculty member and Academic with research
interests covering a broad range of multidisciplinary topics related to
contemporary issues and discourses in Cybersecurity, Technology Governance,

Veronica PICCOLO is a Doctor of Law and
currently a Ph.D. candidate with a research focus on big data and
competition. She is a member of the Internet Society (ISOC) Italy Chapter and
of the Young Professionals in Foreign Policy (YFPF) She is also a coordinator
of the Youth SIG’s Newsletter project. In 2020, she was selected as ISOC
Youth Ambassador to the 15th UN Internet Governance Forum (IGF),
the first ever entirely virtual. She is an artificial intelligence enthusiast,
with a profound interest in legal and ethical facets related to the use of
algorithms for political micro-targeting, demand manipulation and
price-fixing cartels. In the past, she served as a judicial clerk at the
Intellectual Property and Antitrust Department of the Court of Justice of
Milan (IT) and interned at the Cabinet of the Commissioner of the Italian
Competition Authority, dealing with national and European public policy

Vice President (Advocacy)

Innocent ADRIKO has
great interest in Internet Policy and Governance, which field he has
diversely trained and worked in for the last two years with focus on Digital
Inclusion, Digital Literacy, Open Data, Digital Rights, and recently Digital
security. He coordinated and has been part of various advocacy campaigns
focused on making the Internet better and safer for all. Innocent is part of the
Next Generation at the Internet Corporation for Assigned Names and Numbers
(ICANN), Internet Society IGF Youth Ambassador 2019, and has spoken at
several national, regional and international conferences including the global
Internet Governance Forum and RightsCon. He is a member of the
Internet Society (ISOC) Uganda Chapter, Internet Society Youth Special
Interest Group (Youth Observatory), and the ICANN community. He is also a Digital

Abigaël Guirlande
FRANCISQUE
is a graduating
student at the Faculty of Agronomy and Veterinary Medicine of the State
University of Haiti. Amongst other proficiencies, she is a specialist in
Natural Resources and Environment, Youth IGF Ambassador 2020, and a Computer
Student at the Union School. She is a member of several non-profit
organizations including ACTIVEH, and Women in Power; and was part of the
Ayitic Goes Global Program on ICT for young girls, with the Caribbean Open
Institute and "Ecole Superieur d’Infotronique d’Haïti". Abigaël is an active
member of the Haiti Chapter of the Internet Society, where she took part in
the 1st Internet Governance Forum in Haiti, and volunteered in the
organization of the 2nd Internet Governance Forum in Haiti in
2019. She is digital Grassroots ambassador in Haiti and was mentor to the 4th
cohort of the Digital Grassroots Ambassador Program in 2019 where she trained
two mentees on Internet governance. Abigaël is from the generation of those who believe in change, in leadership and who believe above all that it is not enough to imagine, to dream, but that it is also necessary to take concrete and real actions to crush stereotypes about women, overcome the limits imposed on us to build a generation of leaders where men and women work together in all equity for the well-being of their community. Moriam
O. SULAIMON is currently a fourth-year student of
Information and Communication Science at the University of Ilorin, Nigeria,
and holds a NID (National Innovative Diploma) in Networking and System
Security Technology. She is an Information
Scientist, and a Web Developer. She is also a member of the Internet Society
(ISOC) Nigeria Chapter, a NextGen Participant at ICANN65, and a trained
prospective of the eLearning phase for the 2019 ISOC IGF Youth Ambassador
Selection. In addition, she is an advocate for greater participation of Youths and Females in the IG space. Country:

Sara EL HAMDANI is currently a PhD
Student at Moulay Ismail University of Meknes, Morocco. She received a
Master’s Degree in Computer Science Engineering in 2013. She is the author of
papers in refereed conferences and journals. She is a member of the Internet
Society (ISOC), and connected to the Moroccan Chapter. She trained as a prospective 2019 ISOC IGF Youth Ambassador during the eLearning selection phase. Her main research topics include intelligent transportation systems, VANETs, and autonomous traffic management. Saffie
BOBB is currently a final year Computer Science
Student at the American International University West Africa/College of
Management and Information Technology. She has been a member of the Internet
Society (ISOC) Gambia Chapter since 2016. She is also a 2018 Youth @IGF
fellow, a NextGen @ICANN 65, and a 2020 ISOC Youth Ambassador to the Internet
Governance Forum (IGF). She cofounded the Global Repository for Internet Studies (GRIS Global – https://grisglobal.org/). Saffie served as Secretary to the National Steering and Organizing Committee of the recently held West Africa Internet Governance Forum (WAIGF) in July 2019, in Banjul, the Gambia. Country:
